About Paloma Jacome
Born, raised and based in Venice Beach, Paloma is a social entrepreneur, strategist and advocate committed to closing the gap between sustainability and business.
After pursuing higher education in the emerging discipline of entrepreneurship, including achieving a Master’s of Science concentrating in sustainable innovation, Paloma has led several entrepreneurial ventures in sustainable fashion, 3D printing and her latest being sustainable audiovisual event production with ECOAVSOLUTIONS.
Paloma currently works for Grounded World, a multi-award winning B Corp certified sustainability + social impact marketing agency helping global brands, retailers and nonprofits to accelerate their impact. As a strategist, she has supported client projects with Nespresso, The Recycling Partnership, BIC, The Lycra Company, Indivior, The Sun Company and Siemens Healthineers.
Recently, Grounded released debut whitepaper, Policy to Profit: How New Rules Can Create Commercial Wins for Fashion, in which Paloma was a core co-author.

ECOAVSOLUTIONS is Paloma’s entrepreneurial venture in sustainable event production — where she leads strategy with clean energy and low-impact AV solutions to help events reduce their footprint.

Inspired by the Quecha word for Mother Earth, Pachamami is Paloma’s (paused) sustainable fashion brand — rooted in circularity, cultural craftsmanship, and celebrating community.

For her master’s program practicum, Paloma 3D printed a composting tool designed to assist the aerobic process and Circulara was born. Now, Paloma envisions Circulara to be a conscious community rooted in circular action.
